Frequently asked questions

Answers that help prepare a shipment request.

These answers explain the planning process. Item-specific scope, availability and pricing are confirmed after review.

01What information is needed to request a quote?

Provide the equipment description, quantity, dimensions, weight, photos, origin, destination, access conditions, requested services and preferred timing. The team may ask for additional details before confirming scope and pricing.

02Does the planning calculator show a final shipping price?

No. It organizes entered dimensions, volume and total weight for review. Final scope and price are confirmed by the ProHuber team after the shipment information is evaluated.

03Can pickup, packing and palletizing be requested together?

Yes, if the job fits our capabilities. Describe the equipment and pickup conditions. We will confirm our services in writing; you arrange the carrier label or large-freight carrier after packed dimensions and weight are known.

04Why are photos useful?

Photos help show the equipment condition, base, lifting points, fragile surfaces, doors, stairs and loading area. They support an initial review but may not replace measurements or an inspection.

05Does ProHuber build custom crates?

No. We currently do not build or supply custom crates. We can review protective packing and palletizing for eligible equipment. If a carrier requires a crate, arrange one with a qualified provider.

06Can ProHuber review an international shipment?

Describe the destination and shipping method at the beginning. The customer arranges international shipping and checks destination and carrier requirements. ProHuber may review eligible pickup, packing, storage or handoff work after the destination is confirmed.

07Should sensitive records be uploaded through the form?

No. Do not upload passwords, payment information, government identifiers or other sensitive records. Use the attachment field only for shipment photos or a relevant non-sensitive PDF.

08What happens after a request is submitted?

A person reviews the route, cargo, services and access details. The team may ask follow-up questions before confirming availability, scope and pricing. Submitting the form does not create a service agreement.
