Make a stable unit for the next handoff
Palletizing may help when equipment cannot travel as a parcel. We review the actual base, dimensions, weight distribution, lifting points and carrier requirements before choosing a pallet and restraint method. Stretch wrap alone is not structural support for heavy machinery.
Tell us how the item will be loaded
Send photos of the equipment and site, final destination, access restrictions, dock or forklift availability, and any carrier instructions. An oversized or uneven load can need a different approach. We confirm what is feasible and included in writing, with measurements of the finished load for the customer’s carrier.
Connect palletizing to pickup and freight
We can review equipment pickup and protective packing alongside the pallet work. The customer arranges large freight or asks us to help find a suitable carrier. We do not manufacture crates, guarantee damage-free transit or provide shipment insurance. Batteries, chemicals and hazardous contents are outside scope. Request a quote with weight, photos and the carrier’s requirements.
